T-Series Warns Public Against Fake Emails Misusing Company Name and Identity
Music and film company T-Series has issued a public advisory after learning about fraudulent activities where unknown individuals are misusing the company’s name and brand identity.
According to the statement, some people have reportedly created fake email accounts and are contacting members of the public by claiming to offer opportunities in the media and entertainment industry, especially for music videos and related work.
Official Communication Only Through Verified Channels
T-Series clarified that it does not conduct business communication through random or personal email IDs. The company said all official communication is done only through authorised and verified company email addresses and official domains.
People have been advised to ignore any emails sent from personal platforms such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, or similar accounts if they claim to represent T-Series.
Complaint Filed With Mumbai Police
The company also stated that similar impersonation cases have been reported earlier. T-Series said it has taken the matter seriously and has already lodged a formal complaint with the Mumbai Police.
It further added that legal action is being pursued against those involved in such activities.
Public Asked to Stay Alert
T-Series has requested the public to remain careful and avoid responding to any unauthorised messages claiming to represent the company. It also stated that it will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by such fraudulent communication.
For any verification, people have been asked to connect only through official T-Series channels.
Busy Release Line-Up for T-Series
The advisory comes at a time when T-Series continues to remain active across music and film projects. There are several upcoming event releases, including Pati Patni Aur Woh Do and other titles in production.
With the entertainment industry catching growing online casting scams and fake job offers, the latest warning serves as a reminder for aspiring artists and professionals to verify every contact before sharing any personal details or money.
