Netflix has announced the release date of its upcoming courtroom drama IKKA. Starring Sunny Deol, Akshaye Khanna, Tillotama Shome and Dia Mirza, the film will premiere on July 10 and marks Sunny Deol’s first Netflix film.
Directed by Siddharth P. Malhotra, IKKA follows a lawyer who is forced to defend a man from his past, leading to a legal battle that tests relationships, beliefs and personal choices.

The story follows a well-known lawyer, played by Sunny Deol, who finds himself defending a man from his past, portrayed by Akshaye Khanna. As old wounds reopen, the case turns into a courtroom battle where personal relationships and professional responsibilities collide.
Tillotama Shome plays a public prosecutor determined to pursue justice, while Dia Mirza portrays a wife and mother trying to keep her family together as events unfold around them.
The film marks Sunny Deol’s debut on Netflix and also sees him returning to the courtroom genre. Produced by Alchemy Films, IKKA is directed by Siddharth P. Malhotra and written by Althea Kaushal and Mayank Tewari.
