Zee Studios Joins T-Series for Pati Patni Aur Woh Do Release Ahead of May 15 Launch

The Hindi film industry often sees new casting choices, release date changes, and box office competition. But sometimes, the bigger talking point is when two major studios come together for one project. That is now being discussed with Pati Patni Aur Woh Do, as Zee Studios has reportedly joined hands with T-Series for the film’s theatrical release.

According to industry reports, Zee Studios has come on board as the distributor of the upcoming comedy. This marks one of the rare collaborations between the two banners and has already created conversation in trade circles. It also reflects how partnerships in the film business continue to evolve depending on a project’s scale and market value.

The upcoming posters and promotional assets of the film are expected to feature the Zee Studios logo. Reports further suggest that the teaser of Pati Patni Aur Woh Do could arrive within the next week. The film is scheduled to release in cinemas on May 15, 2026.

The film stars Ayushmann Khurrana, Sara Ali Khan, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Rakul Preet Singh. It is directed by Mudassar Aziz, who also helmed the first Pati Patni Aur Woh released in 2019.

The earlier film featured Kartik Aaryan, Ananya Panday, and Bhumi Pednekar. It performed well at the box office and built a strong audience base for the title. That response has naturally increased expectations for the new chapter.

The 2026 release calendar has already shown renewed interest in comedy entertainers, and Pati Patni Aur Woh Do enters the same space with a known franchise name and a fresh cast lineup.

The film is produced by T-SeriesBhushan Kumar along with B R Studios’ Renu Ravi Chopra, with creative production led by Juno Chopra.

With the teaser expected soon and the release date locked, the film is now moving into its main promotional phase. The coming weeks will show how audiences respond to this new pairing of studios and the next chapter of the franchise.
