John Abraham to headline Ribhu Dasgupta’s thriller as London shoot begins

John Abraham will headline Ribhu Dasgupta’s thriller, produced by Reliance Entertainment, with the London shoot set to begin this month.

A source close to the development reveals that details of his role are being kept under wraps, but the team believes the part will demand a layered, performance-driven approach with physicality. “There is a lot more to his character than what meets the eye, and John has been very involved with understanding the part.”

The project marks a new foray into high-stakes thriller territory for director Ribhu Dasgupta, known for thrillers such as Te3n and The Girl on the Train.

John Abraham is also undergoing a transformation for another project with Rohit Shetty, portraying police officer Rakesh Maria across several decades, underscoring the actor’s range.

The London schedule is expected to commence this month, with more details about the film to emerge as production progresses. For ongoing updates, DPIFF News will have the latest.
