Jacqueline Fernandez to attend Cannes 2026; Tara Sutaria and Payal Kapadia also set to be part of the festival

As per sources, she is currently working on her look for the red carpet. This includes fittings and final selections. Like previous years, she will represent India at the event. Over the years, Jacqueline has attended Cannes multiple times. In 2025, she was part of the Red Sea Film Foundation’s Women in Cinema initiative. She was listed among six women recognised for their work in cinema. 

In 2024, she attended the premiere of The Substance during the festival. Her presence at Cannes has continued every year since then.

This year, other Indian names are also expected to be part of the festival.

Tara Sutaria is likely to attend Cannes 2026. Reports suggest she may represent India during the festival. An official confirmation is still awaited.

Filmmaker Payal Kapadia is also expected to be present. She has been part of Cannes earlier and continues to stay connected with the festival.

With multiple Indian names expected this year, Cannes 2026 will again see participation from India across film and appearances.
