Avengers Endgame Encore Leads Presales; Forecasts Updated

A fresh DPIFF tracking note shows Avengers Endgame Encore leading presales ahead of its release, with early demand signaling a robust replay audience. The film has already booked over 60,000 tickets for its opening weekend, including more than 25,000 on opening day, even as the re-release faces a more limited rollout than a fresh title. DPIFF newsroom updates provide the context for these figures.

DPIFF’s latest tracking also revises the opening forecast for Avengers Endgame Encore. The predicted range moves to 6-9 crore nett, with a pinpoint forecast of 8 crore nett. The update reflects the strong advance sales despite the constrained rollout and underscores the potential for the film to end up near the upper end of its previous band if momentum holds.

The Vvaan is the next title tracked in depth. Its teaser was initially underwhelming, but industry chatter notes that two subsequent songs generated a better response. The trailer is still not publicly released, and industry feedback suggests it could shift expectations if the footage delivers. Taking these developments into account, the opening-day forecast for The Vvaan has been revised to 3.50-7 crore nett, with the possibility of another upward revision if the trailer meets expectations.

For Vibe and Daayra, pre-release buzz has not moved the needle significantly. The forecast table shows Vibe at 1.00-3.00 crore (pinpoint 2.00), and Daayra at 1.00-2.50 crore (pinpoint 1.50). In both cases, the upper end has been lowered to reflect softer early interest.

As noted in the tracking note, the forecasts are intended as organic box-office estimates and do not represent final numbers. They are subject to change based on tracking trends and marketing momentum as release windows approach. The report also includes Drishyam 3 in the forthcoming slate, listed for 02/10/2026, alongside the other titles in the window, with corresponding forecast considerations.

The next development to watch is the public release of The Vvaan’s trailer and the ongoing response to Avengers Endgame Encore and Drishyam 3. The data underscores that trailer reception and on-the-ground rollout will play crucial roles in shaping early-weekend performance for these titles. Stay tuned to DPIFF for the latest updates on these releases.
