Bollywood may look glamorous on screen, but a lot of hard work goes into it. Actors don’t just perform scenes, they also prepare their bodies according to the role. Sometimes they lose a lot of weight, sometimes they gain it, and sometimes they train for months to look a certain way.
Here are some actors who went through major physical changes for their films:
Kartik Aaryan – Chandu Champion

Kartik Aaryan transformed his body while playing Paralympic gold medalist Murlikant Petkar. He reduced his body fat from 39% to 7% in about a year. His director Kabir Khan said he did it naturally with a strict diet and training.
