By releasing your project through DPIFF’s prestigious platform, you gain unparalleled visibility, with guaranteed 10K+ YouTube views, exposure across social media channels, and recognition from industry leaders. This initiative is designed to amplify your film’s reach, foster a creative community, and elevate emerging talent on a global scale.

    The DPIFF Release Program is an exclusive opportunity for filmmakers & artists to premiere their project on Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival’s official YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@dpiff

    Participants will receive guaranteed views, an Instagram shoutout, a dedicated blog post about their Project and its maker, a golden frame for the YouTube thumbnail and a recommendation certificate from DPIFF.

    The release fee is INR ₹10,000

    The DPIFF Release Program currently accepts Short Films, Music Videos, Documentaries and Animated Films.

     

    Applicants pay the ₹10,000 release fee at the time of submitting their project. Each paid submission is then reviewed by DPIFF for release. If a project is not approved for release, the full ₹10,000 release fee will be refunded.

     

    Projects approved for release proceed to their official DPIFF release and receive the benefits included in the program.

    After you submit your Short Film, Music Video, Documentary or Animated Film and pay the ₹10,000 release fee, your project will be reviewed by the DPIFF team.

     

    If approved, your project will proceed to its official release on DPIFF’s YouTube channel, along with the promotional and other benefits included in the DPIFF Release Program.

     

    If your project is not approved for release, the full ₹10,000 release fee will be refunded.

    Yes, you retain the rights to your Short Film, Music Video, Documentary, Animated Film or Feature Film and can upload it on your own YouTube channel before or after its release with DPIFF.

    Yes, DPIFF will promote your Project through various channels, including social media shoutouts, blog features and promotional activities.

    Your Project will remain on DPIFF’s YouTube channel indefinitely unless DPIFF removes it.

    There is no specific deadline for submitting your Short Film, Music Video, Documentary or Animated Film. Submissions are open year-round.

    Consent And Release Terms

    By submitting my Short Film, Music Video, Documentary or Animated Film to Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival (DPIFF), I, the undersigned Applicant, hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

    I confirm that I am the sole copyright owner of the submitted Short Film, Music Video, Documentary, Animated Film or Feature Film (“Project”) and have full legal authority to grant permissions as outlined in this agreement.

     

    I grant DPIFF the non-exclusive, royalty-free rights to upload the video on DPIFF’s official YouTube channel.

    DPIFF holds the sole rights to use the Project and its associated creatives for any promotional purposes across social media platforms without any restrictions from the maker.

     

    DPIFF has the complete authority to determine the upload and deletion of the Project from its YouTube channel at its discretion.

    I acknowledge that DPIFF may use excerpts, screenshots and stills from the Project for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes.

    I understand that the Project may be included in DPIFF’s promotional activities, including but not limited to social media shoutouts, blog features and any other marketing initiatives.

    I represent and warrant that the Project does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights of any third party.

    I confirm that all necessary permissions, licenses and consents have been obtained for any third-party content included in the Project.

    I agree to indemnify and hold harmless DPIFF, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from the breach of any representation, warranty, or agreement made by me in this consent form.

    This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

    Acknowledgment and Agreement​

    By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Consent and Release Terms.
