Ranabaali: Rashmika Mandanna wraps up shoot as Endhayya Saami song to be dropped soon

Rashmika Mandanna has wrapped her portions on Ranabaali, Vijay Deverakonda’s action drama, with the Endhayya Saami song teased for release soon. The film, directed by Rahul Sankrityan, is slated to release on October 16, 2026. In a short video shared by the Ranabaali team, Mandanna appears as Jayamma, with director Rahul Sankrityan and Vijay Deverakonda embracing on set. The post reads, "It’s a wrap for Jayamma. We will dearly miss you on sets, Rashmika Mandanna. The much-loved Endhayya Saami out very soon."
The teaser for Ranabaali previously introduced the title figure as a savage warrior set in the late 1800s and named Singanamala Bobbili Ranabaali. The teaser also reveals Arnold Vosloo as the main antagonist, portraying a ruthless oppressor. The film was originally scheduled for release on September 11, 2026, but was postponed to October 16 following Rashmika Mandanna’s injury during filming for Mysaa. The team confirmed the later date as the new target for Ranabaali’s arrival.
Vijay Deverakonda’s slate also includes Rowdy Janardhana, directed by Ravi Kiran Kola and co-starring Keerthy Suresh, set for a December 2026 theatrical release. He has also announced VDxShouryuv, billed as a romantic actioner with Hesham Abdul Wahab composing the score. Rashmika Mandanna remains involved in Mysaa, directed by Rawindra Pulle, slated for a November 27, 2026 release.
