Anees Bazmee and Kartik Aaryan in Talks to Reunite for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 4

Director Anees Bazmee and Kartik Aaryan could be coming together again for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 4. After the success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, the actor-director duo is reportedly in discussions to continue the franchise.

Kartik Aaryan played Rooh Baba in both films. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, released in 2022, became one of the biggest Hindi hits after the pandemic, while Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 arrived in 2024 with Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit and Triptii Dimri joining the cast.

While Bhool Bhulaiyaa 4 is still in the early stages, talks are reportedly underway for Kartik to return as Rooh Baba. The film’s story and other casting details are yet to be finalised.

Kartik was last seen in Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, which released in 2026. His upcoming projects include Naagzilla, directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani 2, according to reports.

Anees Bazmee’s last directorial release was Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.

If Bhool Bhulaiyaa 4 moves ahead with Anees Bazmee and Kartik Aaryan, it would mark their third collaboration in the popular horror-comedy franchise.
