Drishyam 3 OTT Release Date Announced: Mohanlal-Starrer To Stream On Prime Video From June 18

Prime Video has announced the global streaming premiere of Drishyam 3. The film, starring Mohanlal, Meena and Siddique, will start streaming on June 18.

Written and directed by Jeethu Joseph, Drishyam 3 is the latest instalment in the Drishyam franchise. The film is presented by PEN Studios and Panorama Studios and produced by Antony Perumbavoor under Aashirvad Cinemas.

The film follows George Kutty and his family several years after the events of Drishyam 2. While George Kutty appears to have moved on with his life and even turned his past experiences into a successful film, old secrets begin to resurface.

The story takes a new turn when two journalists start investigating the real events that inspired the film. At the same time, a marriage proposal for his daughter Anju leads to unexpected developments, forcing George Kutty to once again protect his family.

Speaking about the film, director Jeethu Joseph said that Drishyam 3 explores the emotional and psychological impact of George Kutty’s past decisions and focuses on what those experiences have cost him over the years.

Mohanlal also shared that audiences have connected with George Kutty because the story goes beyond suspense and is ultimately about family, love and survival.

Following its theatrical run, Drishyam 3 will stream exclusively on Prime Video from June 18 in Malayalam, with dubbed versions available in Telugu, Tamil and Kannada for viewers in India and over 200 countries and territories worldwide.
