General Policy

All payments made to DPIFF for short film nominations, release fees, marketing and promotion packages, membership application fees, merchandising, event ticket fees, and event sponsorships are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a payment has been processed and a transaction has been completed, DPIFF will not be able to offer any refunds, whether in full or in part.

Non-Refundable Submission Fees

Submission fees for short film nominations and other entry-related charges are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the selection process or any subsequent withdrawal by the applicant. This includes all transaction charges and payment gateway fees.

Event Tickets and Sponsorships

All payments for event tickets, merchandise, and sponsorships are final and non-refundable. In the unlikely event of a festival cancellation or change in schedule, DPIFF will, at its sole discretion, communicate any alternate solutions or credit options to affected parties, but is under no obligation to provide a monetary refund.

Payment Processing

All payments made via the DPIFF website are securely processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. DPIFF does not receive or store any sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers. For any technical issues related to the payment gateway, please refer to the policies of Razorpay or contact their support directly.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in cases of proven technical error resulting in duplicate payments. To request a review, please email us at info@dpiff.com within 48 hours of the transaction, providing complete details and payment proof. DPIFF’s decision in such cases will be final and binding.

Legal Jurisdiction
