As the Chief Executive Officer of the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival (DPIFF), he leads with purpose and precision, transforming DPIFF into a globally recognized institution that celebrates cinematic brilliance while preserving the legacy of the Father of Indian Cinema.
Mr. Mishra has previously served as a Consultative Committee Member with the Food Corporation of India (FCI) under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, and as an Advisory Panel Member of the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) under the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting. His contributions during these tenures highlight a deep commitment to national service and cultural stewardship.
Beyond his executive role at DPIFF, he is the CEO of the We For World Foundation, an NGO focused on large-scale social impact. From leading environmental initiatives like tree plantations and beach clean-ups to executing relief campaigns during the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Mishra has continually championed sustainable development and community upliftment across India.
He has been honoured by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, and other cabinet dignitaries including the Home Minister, Finance Minister, Information & Broadcasting Minister, and Tourism Minister—a rare distinction that reflects the national recognition of his relentless efforts in promoting Indian cinema, tourism, and youth empowerment.
