India’s coastline boasts not only breath-taking natural beauty but also serves as a vital ecosystem for marine and coastal life. These coastal regions, renowned as much for their breath-taking beauty as for their ecological significance, are not just tourist hotspots but essential components of our natural heritage. However, as the global environmental crisis escalates, the imperative to protect these fragile environments becomes increasingly urgent. DPIFF has emerged as a leading force in this ongoing battle, utilizing a suite of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives that consistently yield tangible and positive outcomes. The clean-up effort, supported by thousands of volunteers, successfully pulled out 14 tonnes of garbage from the area.
