As the Co-founder, Executive Director and CFO of Jamie Oliver’s India restaurant business, Mukesh has spearheaded a decade-long journey alongside co-founders, Jasper, and Hemant, shaping the landscape of the culinary industry.


His passion for driving social change led to the co-founding of Project Eka Foundation alongside Puja Rawat Sethi, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering disenfranchised communities through education, women’s empowerment, crisis management, and skill development. Notably, during the pandemic, Mukesh’s relentless efforts aided over 5000+ families with essential supplies, showcasing his dedication to societal welfare.


A recipient of numerous accolades, including the Business Mint Forty under 40, Young CFO of the Year by ET Now, and recognition as one of the top 5 leaders making a significant impact by Times of India in 2023, Mukesh has been a catalyst for positive change.


His commitment through Project Eka Foundationon to education and social reform extends beyond borders, with collaborations between Project Eka Foundation and DPIFF, environmental projects, and menstrual hygiene advocacy, highlighting their multifaceted approach to community development.
