Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival (DPIFF) proudly presents the poignant short film “Shaheed (Martyrs)”, an evocative cinematic tribute to the Indian defence forces. Directed by Mohammed Danish Kabir and produced under the banner of Kab Studios, the film commemorates the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication of soldiers who stand as sentinels of our nation’s security.

Titled Shaheed (Martyrs), the film delves into the emotional and physical realities of those who serve on the frontlines. Told through a combination of storytelling and poetic narration, it captures the essence of duty, valour, and the silent strength behind every uniform.

The story and poetry are penned by Dr. Mohd Fouzuddin Eding, whose words breathe life into the characters and lend the film its emotional depth. The film is a moving portrayal that reminds audiences of the cost of freedom and the men and women who pay that price.
